I think the message that Elliot is trying to get across to his classmates is that everyone is part of the bullying situation whether they think so or not. Most of the people are bystanders and they are the ones that can really do something to stop all the bullying. Its because they can all do something except they don't. He is also saying that they might be bullied one day, and that they could have been in the situation that the victim's are in right now. I think he's right and that putting out the Bully Lab letter was a really good idea.

I compleatly agree with you that the students do not reallise that everybody is part of the bullying situation but they just dont reallise it i also agree that anyone could get bullied just students dont realise that
